- 5 cups frozen riced cauliflower (Cascadian Farms, Blend with Stir-Fry Vegetables*, 1.5 packages)
- 2 Tbsp. kimchi juice
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos (you can also use soy sauce or tamari)
- sea salt (to taste)

- 1 fried egg (per person)
- 2 Tbsp. chili paste (or sriracha for topping)
- sesame seeds
