- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 large carrot (peeled and grated)
- 1/2 daikon radish (peeled and grated)
- 6 green onions (cut into 1″ lengths and whites shredded)
- 1/2 cup chilli flakes (Korean red, gochugaru, or more to taste)
