This was very good. The dressing was a great flavor addition. I served over rice.

I used all beef sausage from a local ranch and had to substitute the red wine vinegar, as I didn’t have in my pantry, with an apple cider & red wine mix but otherwise followed the directions. Quick, simple and Delicious. I will definitely make again!

I used smoked sausage instead of kielbasa. Otherwise I pretty much followed the recipe. This is the best sausage and cabbage recipe I've ever made. 👍

Loved the dressing, I let it cook into the cabbage a little bit which took away some of the tartness, but left a great flavor.

Great flavor! Enjoyed it in the past. This time I served it over steamed sweet potato and used a pre choped bag of coleslaw. For the kids, served it in a tortilla with ketchup on the side.

My wife, who does not like mustard, was not crazy about it, but I enjoyed it a lot. it was good served over some brown rice

I loved it!! My husband not so much, but I grew up eating cabbage and he didn’t.

One of our favorites. Love the vinaigrette. I add some diced potatoes and apples to mine

The recipe turned out well. I enjoyed the vinegar and mustard dressing. It gave it more flavor and not over powering. My husband and friend enjoyed it also. I will make it again

Great! Cooked sausage separately to try to keep calories down and added a little horse radish sauce.

I'm not a cabbage lover but I really enjoyed this. This was super easy to make. I used packaged slaw mix to save time. I didn't use as much of the red wine vinegar - I used 1 1/2 Tablespoons - and I only added a small amount of of the vinaigrette to the dish. We used the remaining vinaigrette to add extra to the dish as we were eating it....according to individual taste.

It was pretty good, but my guests and I all agreed that it would be better with less vinegar and more mustard. I think I'll try it again with that tweak.
EDIT: I did make it again with half the vinegar, twice the mustard, and one Tbsp less of olive oil, and it was much better.

This recipe turned out pretty good.
I followed the recipe for the most part....
I did not add the additional salt, I used Mrs.Dash table blend. I added asparagus to the mix just before adding the cabbage.
In the vinegarette I used organic whole grain mustard.
I will make this again.

This recipe was decent. I didn't have powdered mustard so I used dijon mustard and it still came out good. I may add some rutabaga next time and maybe some asparagus.

It was very good. Trying to get my husband to try some low carb entrees so thought he might like this. He did like the cabbage (what a surprise)! I purchased beef kielbasa which worked very well.

Quick and easy! Flavors mix well together. I don’t love the sodium content but when you’re cooking with Kabasa or meats like it, the sodium is going to be high. I subbed Turkey Kabasa for lower sodium and higher protein count. Thanks for the recipe!

Amazing! I used turkey keilbasa and upped the amount of sauce a bit to really bring the flavors to life. My husband wants this once a week. Super fast weeknight meal!

Didn't follow thr recipe exactly, used a spicy kielbasa and balsamic vinegar instead of red wine. it was just ok...
