Very Tasty. I added red pepper flakes and garlic to give it more flavor. Also doubled the suggested herbs.

Very tasty! I didn't want all the heavy cream, so I used an extra tbs butter when sautéing the sausage and onions and then added just shy of a quarter cup flour. Cooked the flour mixture for a bit then added the other ingredients, as suggested (minus the cream and cornstarch). If it becomes too thick can always add more broth. Also added some kale and leftover rotisserie chicken I needed to use up. Is a really effective "kitchen sink" recipe! Family loved the stew, it was very hearty and warming on a cold winter evening.

I loved this stew, the only thing I did different was add a bay leaf. But then again I always add bay leaf to all my soups and stews 😋😋

I used half the amount of sausage and added small tortellinis, cooked separately. And used chopped carrots and more spices and herbs. Also blended some of the veg to add back for thickness, so used less cornstarch. Good basic creamy soup recipe to try with different veg next time.

It was absolutely yummy I made it yesterday and stuck it in the fridge to let the flavors develop.
I reheated it on low this evening and served it with some butterd cornbread. We have enough to have some more on Friday. Thank you for sharing.

This is soooo yummy! This has become a regular in our house now. I like to add a little shredded cheese on top when serving.

im a huge fan of potato soup i was expecting this to be along the same line.i am very pleasantly suprised its not it taste completely different and is great oh and i used mexican table cream it comes it a can like evaporated milk its shelf stable so the soup became thick as soon as i added it with the corn starch mixed in table cream is thick like mud and alone does not taste to pleasant but works great for cooking

Very tasty soup! I would use 4 - 4.5tbsp of cornstarch next time, didn’t get thick enough for my liking. But otherwise a very good dish!

Simple and easy to make. Great for a cold day! Giving it a 3 because it’s not something I could eat everyday but will definitely make again.
