- 1 onion (medium)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. ghee (organic)
- 2 carrots
- 1 celery
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups cabbage (chopped)
- 1/2 lb. kielbasa (Nitrate Free)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can white beans (organic)
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- fresh parsley

Directions
- Saute onion in oil and ghee in stock pot
- Add carrots and celery, saute for 3 min
- Add water, chopped cabbage, kielbasa, and canned tomatoes. Boil covered 15-20 min.
- Add salt, pepper, white beans, and vinegar. Simmer uncovered 5-10 Min
- Add fresh parsley. 3 min and serve
