Yum!! This was very tasty! I made the recipe as is, and I have done modifications... it’s good no matter what. You could easily use poppy seed or a coleslaw dressing, but if you don’t have any, a sweet and tangy dressing is easy enough to make with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar. I couldn’t find broccoli slaw at the grocery, so just used a broccoli head and cut it up into smallish pieces. Try using sunflower seeds instead of almonds. Or raisins instead of dried cranberries. I have also added a quarter head of cabbage, sliced so it was in long thin strips.

Made it for an adult dinner party where steak was served. Used cashews & tart cherries, plus Poppy Seed dressing that had onion in it since that is what I had on hand. Was a HUGE hit!!
