My child took one bite and wouldn't eat them. I love brussels sprouts and was underimpressed. First, I believe the oven temp is too high. My brussels sprouts came out black in some cases, even though I stirred them halfway through (which I recommend you should do). Try cooking them at 400, maybe you'll have to leave them in 5 min longer. Second, the dried cranberries came out tough and almost charred. I would add those about halfway through, and maybe think about softening them in hot water for a few minutes first.
