Great flavor! As another poster mentioned roasting the ingredients. Did that and then into the blender with the rest of the ingredients turned out great!

It’s a great base!!! It’s a very nice, bright, sweet initial flavor, just a really starting point for delicious hot sauce.

Very good base recipe. I roasted the garlic, peppers and tomatoes out of preference. Gave it a slight charred taste.
