Thank you for this beautifull recipe for kibbeh.. I have made it. They look the same as on picture,delicious in combination with Baba ganoush,,, but my kids say- a little bit dry. What could I miss? They say , maybe I had to put more onion.

My favorite kibbeh recipe. I freeze extras. I quadruple the amount of bulgur and add more spices to compensate.
