- 400 mL coconut milk
- 500 grams chicken breast (skinless free-range, cut into bite-size pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- 4 egg noodles (nests dried)
- pickled cabbage
- red cabbage
- chopped shallots
- chilli sauce (such as sriracha)
