- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste (heaped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chili garlic paste (store bought & heaped)
- 2 Tbsp. water (at room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 large egg (egg white)
- 1/2 Tbsp. red chili powder (Kashmiri, or paprika powder)
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. all purpose flour (also known as Maida)
- salt (to taste)
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper (diced into 1/2″ squares)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced into 1/2″ squares)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced into 1/2″ squares)
- 1/2 cup orange bell pepper (diced into 1/2″ squares)
- 1 cup onion (diced into 1/2″ squares & separated)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup scallion (chopped, the white, light green part)
- 1/2 cup scallion (chopped, green leafy part)
- 1/4 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chili sauce (green)
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup (more if needed)
- 3/4 cup corn starch
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt (to taste)
- 1/4 cup canola oil (or any oil)
