Turned out great. Used russets with the skin on. I thought par-boiling, pan frying then roasting would be a lot of effort but found it quite easy amd it really made a difference in their crispiness versus just roasting. I used parchment paper to make clean up easier.
Instructions written well and had some good tips to follow.
