- 1/2 cup heavy cream (cold, can increase up to 3/4 cup, if desired)
- 4 Tbsp. Swerve (confectioners style sweetener)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

- 3/4 cup Swerve (granular or confectioners style sweetener)
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
