Too tart and not sweet enough, i added overnight oats as needed to be more filling for a breakfast meal

The flavors here are so refreshing from the limes and vanille. Now the texture of the avocado and chia is different, but that was new for us! Overall we loved it! Next time we’ll double the batch to make more for later!

Yummm. Made 2 modifications: used coconut milk instead of almond milk for the chia pudding and added a few tablespoons of coconut milk to the avocado purée to help it blend. I'm also topping it with coconut whipped cream lieu of shavings. So goooood😁

OMG, so delicious!!!!! This made 2 servings, I had one last night and having the other tonight after dinner. I would definitely make it again and would not make any changes, except maybe put some lime juice in with the pudding portion.
