Super easy to make except zesting of lime, but overall it was absolutely delicious!!

The flavors here are so refreshing from the limes and vanille. Now the texture of the avocado and chia is different, but that was new for us! Overall we loved it! Next time we’ll double the batch to make more for later!

Yummm. Made 2 modifications: used coconut milk instead of almond milk for the chia
pudding and added a few tablespoons of coconut milk to the avocado purée to help it blend. I'm also topping it with coconut whipped cream lieu of shavings. So goooood😁

Delish! Followed the recipe. It was a little tart, but I liked it. Adding this to the breakfast rotation.
