- 200 grams Greek yoghurt (full-fat, preferably goat or sheep)
- 4 large eggs (free-range)
- 125 grams melted butter (goat or sheep preferably, if you cannot find it, use grass-fed cow's butter)
- 100 grams almond flour
- 100 grams flour (sesame, alternatively, you can use sunflower seeds flour, but the bread might turn out slightly green after baking)
- 4 Tbsp. flaxseed meal (golden, finely ground, if you use dark flaxseed meal the bread will turn darker)
- 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. baking soda (aluminium free)
- 2 Tbsp. walnuts (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds
