    The flavor in this casserole was good...I liked the change of using coconut milk. However, I am not sure if it was because I used frozen instead of fresh broccoli like the recipe calls for, but this was really runny...I had to scoop it with a slotted spoon. Plus my kiddos were only willing to take one bite.
