- 1 cup mustard powder (120 g / 4.2 oz)
- 1 white onion (medium or 2 small, 110 g / 3.9 oz)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar (60 ml)
- 1/2 cup water (120 ml)
- 1 cup dry white wine
- Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. Himalayan salt (pink, or sea salt)
- 5 drops stevia (or more to taste, optional)
- yellow mustard (same as Classic, plus)
- 5 dashes Tabasco
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- white pepper (or pinch of black, significantly improves absorption of turmeric)

- 1/2 cup mustard powder (60 g / 2.1 oz)
- 3/4 cup mustard seeds (whole, 120 g / 4.2 oz - I used a mixture of yellow and brown)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (: tarragon, basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, etc.)
- 4 Tbsp. grated horseradish (depends on how spicy you like it)
