    overall pretty good. Used 4 large eggs and erythritol as my sugar substitute. Waffles do come out floppy, but popping them in the toaster helps. I was able to get 3 waffles from 1 batch.

    Delicious! Oh, so tasty! Not as crunchy as I usually like my waffles, but the flavor more than made up for that.

    The waffles were very tasty. The next time we make it, we will definitely make them crispier. I don't know if the coconut flour amount was correct, but melted butter and cinnamon made a great syrup.
    I’ve been struggling to find the perfect keto breakfast item that’s like a sweet treat. FINALLY! This lady knows what she’s talking about and doing. Every recipe I made before this was a disaster and tasted horrible. These are so good (especially with syrup 😋)! It’s a must try for everyone! I did adjust the recipe a bit. I used HWC instead of milk and when I ran out of vanilla extract, I used caramel extract. They turned out to be good, but wanring- this made 6 waffles for me and 1 filled me up. Enjoy!

    I just made these for me and my boyfriend and they are amazing! I’ve made Keto pancakes and liked them, but these are even better!! They’re sweet on their own without syrup and they taste good. We used whipping cream instead of milk and they’re so good. I will be making these again

    These is one of my favorite finds! I’m not a fan of eggs so I use one less egg than the recipe calls for and they don’t taste eggy. I also make some whipped cream and add maple extract to help with dryness and give it a syrup taste. I made a large batch and have been toasting them in my office in the mornings.
