I did add more parm and some mozzarella on top since it’s a casserole.
I love it, hubby loves it, son #1 requests I use less red pepper, son #2 didn’t want it so I gave him leftover Spanish rice (his favorite thing) and left him be. I come back around he’s dumped it into the casserole and is eating it up! Will make with less red pepper next time, won’t hurt hubby or I to add hot sauce to our plate. (The kids are 5 and 3.)

This was definitely a family pleaser! Easy to make, I added mushrooms to the onions and sweet pepper mixture, delicious.

Great! The first time we made it I bulked it up w/ peas and it was awesome! Attempt two I put in spiral pasta and limas w/ extra chili flakes. Love that you can add so much!
