Turned out super delish, with zero changes! I will be making this a lot! Thank you.

I give it 4 stars because I had to alter the recipe some. First, do not put 1 Tbsp of salt. Even half that much is a bit too much so definitely reduce the amount of salt you use.
Nevertheless, here are the changes I made.
1) I used 1 TBSP of EVOO instead of butter because olive oil is healthier.
2) I substituted 20 oz of 93/7 ground turkey in place of beef.
3) I used half the amount of salt
4) I mixed in some cauliflower rice for substance

Turned out good, but very greasy and runny. Husband and I just ate the mixture. I would recommend draining the meat after cooking, and maybe even the tomatoes before simmering.

Perfect! Doubled the receipt- made 12 peppers! I also added pepper flakes and it added the perfect amount of heat!!

I used this recipe more like guide as I added some chopped veggies and a tin of black beans to the meat mix before stuffing it into the peppers. It was deeeeeelicious!

i tweaked the recipe a bit.
i used green peppers and added riced cauliflower to the beef mix. i also used a taco seasoning packet. i baked them for about 20 minutes and they still had a crunch so bake longer if you dont want a crunch to the pepper!

It turned out great! I baked the stuffed peppers 15 minutes which left the peppers somewhat crispy and not limp. Since there are 2 of us, I used half of the meat mixture and froze the rest! 😊
