Pretty good. Leftovers reheated well. Would add some spice if remade, sort of bland.

I made this for a dinner party and wow was it a hit! This dish doesn’t need a filler, it’s perfect. I used mild sausage and less experienced cooks need to know to remove it from the casing before cooking for a dish when it needs to be crumbled; an important detail left out of the instructions. (I picture a Kardashian trying to figure out how to add 4 cooked links in their casing 😆)

this recipe has so many more steps than it needs. i added lots more spices and cream cheese which was def a big improvement. wont be makinf this again cuz the hassle

These stuffed peppers were awesome! I made them last weekend and loved the combined ground beef with the sausage. I am making them again for company tomorrow! Yum!.

These were tasty! I'm glad I used HOT Italian sausage as I fear they would have been somewhat bland without them. I also added a few pickled jalapeno pepper slices on top which made a positive difference.
Lastly, nutritional information should be added.

I used Romano cheese instead of Parmesan and it was magnificent! Will be making it again!!

Great recipe I made some adjustments-per any recipe; used salsa, tomato paste, green onions, mushrooms & just a bit of cauliflower rice. I did not use Parmesan cheese only mozzarella

probably because its keto, didnt care for the lack of seasoning. besides that everything was Great!
