    This was delicious, but we made it with only 3 Tablespoons of sugar added to the whipped cream/cream cheese mixture. We used maple sugar because we didn't have monk fruit. We didn't add any sweetener to the strawberries.

    Such a wonderful treat! All the flavors come together nicely and I don’t have to fear being kicked out of ketosis for indulging a little 💯 monk fruit is a must!
