- 1/2 cup ghee (or butter, at room temp, I used 4th and heart vanilla bean ghee)
- 1/2 cup erythritol (confectioners)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut milk (Canned, or heavy whipping cream)
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 5 large egg whites
- 1.25 oz. unflavored gelatin (packet)
- 6 Tbsp. erythritol (confectioners)
- 1 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
