This was soo good! I used plant butter instead of real butter and kicked up the garlic and added a smidge more of red pepper flakes. Will definitely make again!!

We've made it twice and love it, lots of flavor. We fry the shrimp in the wok separately to ensure the perfect texture. We've eaten them with rice in lettuce wraps and on a big salad.
