Didn’t love them. Really wanted it to taste like shortbread, but it didn’t. Maybe I did something wrong? I’m not the best baker. They are edible, but probably won’t make again.

Delicious! I used Xylitol instead of powdered stevia, so skipped the alcohol-based vanilla essence. Also only had almond meal instead of flour but the texture is perfect 👌

Wonderful! Made exact, except added 1 tbsp chopped pecans. Tasted like “Pecan Sandies”, my favorite cookie. Easy to do. Will make again for sure!!

I added all of the ingredients, but since they didn’t seem enough for more than 5 pieces of cookies, I doubled it. I let it bake for 15 minutes, checked it and looked raw, so I put it back for another 20 minutes...bad idea, haha. The attached picture will tell it all. I’m not sure how the cookies supposed to rise, though, none of the ingredients serve that purpose.
