    Easy and delicious! Even finished one on the charcoal bbq pit once. Turned out awesome!

    This turned out amazing! My husband and I loved it! The pork came out tender and flavorful. My only complaint is that I will avoid using crystallized salt next time and reduce the amount I add to the top, I had to pick off the salt before I could fully enjoy it.
