Good, easy recipe. I am not on any keto-based diet, I was just looking for a quick, decent ranch dressing recipe. I substituted the heavy cream for 2 ounces of half-n-half because that is what I had on hand. I also added a few dashes more of salt than the recipe called for, but I believe that was only because I did not use heavy cream which has a richer flavor.
