    This was great!! I did add 2 cans of green chili’s because my family loves them it upped the carb count by 16 making it 4. And a half carbs per cup!!

    Fantastic. This is one of the best Keto recipes we have made. I did add shredded Mexican cheese to the soup but other than that, I stayed true to the recipe. This will become a regular meal for us.

    Wow!!!! Soooooo good. could have been a little thicker. Might be cause I didn’t drain the rotel beforehand. I will def make again !!

    My wife said it was the best soup she ever tasted. I did add a chopped yellow onion and one sliced carrot for Addison also bulk. Delicious!
