I am not a fan of stevia so I used 2 T organic maple syrup. This added about 1 gram of carb to each cookie. By my estimation that means each cookie is about 2 net carbs each.
I have just started baking with almond flour. The cookies seemed awfully soft. I prefer a crisper cookie. I don’t know if my change from stevia to maple syrup made the cookie softer. But flavor was nice.

Turned out good. I thought they would spread a little so I didn't flatten them enough. Treated great though! I will make them again.
