I used the pressure cooker and added extra cayenne. Zingy and tasty and melt in your mouth. Served with cauliflower sliced thin and marinated in olive oil and cumin before oven roasting to crisp. Low carb heaven!

Growing up in Arizona, this is very different from the shredded pork I’m used to, and we tend to use green or red chili rather than the 5 spice and cinnamon. That’s why I just had to try it! And I’m glad I did...the family loved it!
