I totally messed this up & it was still AMAZING!! The pizzaest thing I've tasted since i started Keto. Learn from my mistake: I wondered why use ground Turkey instead of ground beef?? I mean...... keto right?? So I used some nice keto-fatty ground beef....... totally forgetting that the more fat a meat has, the more it will shrink during cooking. That being said, even though my "crust" shrunk & pulled in quite a bit from the edges, it was deeelish!!! Family demolished it & it totally filled my pizza craving even more that fathead crust!! WINNER!!!
