I replaced the olives with mushrooms. The sauce was very thin. Would like it to be thicker. Lots of flavour. We loved it

Really REALLY tasty!
Only issue is it’s quite liquidy. Which I’d prefer it not to be. But holey moley thus is tasty

WOW there are no words for how much flavor this dish has! Well i guess the word is WOW...
We added parm, green onions and a bit more chicken and served over raw spinach bed.
