Followed everything to the T. Not so much of a peanut buttery taste, let them cool down for 15 min and they just crumble. Couldn’t even pick them up from the cookie tray without them breaking

We used Stevia as the recipe stated. I was unaware parchment was needed until clicking on the link, while in the store I only looked at the ingredient list. Overall, I’d give these cookies a ‘meh ‘ score. They lack a peanut buttery taste, and we could taste the artificial sweetener as an after taste. They were extremely crumbly even after we waited for them to cool. If you’re trying to eat well and have a sugary craving I think these would be a better alternative than a regular cookie, but nothing to write home about. Maybe if you use other types of peanut butter or sweetner?

Great simple recipe! I used crunchy peanut butter and 1/4c Swerve. I put them in the freezer once they came out of the oven. They taste delish cold! Even shmeared some peanut butter in between and made a sandwich!

Delicious! Just made this tonight as husband and I were dying for some kind of dessert being new to keto

Turned out good! I baked them for 15 mins and cooled them for 15 mins since mine were thicker than these.

Very easy to make and the flavor is amazing. Getting that cooling sensation with the swerve granular sugar. That is the only reason this is not 5 stars. I'll definitely play around with the recipe. Great dessert option for the keto club!

All things considered, these cookies turned out pretty good. Definitely not like a standard PB cookie, but as far as keto desserts go, it does the trick. A little more dense and chewier than I was expecting. I used crunchy natural/no added sugar PB and swerve confectioners for sweetener and I think it worked well.

Substituted Erythritol. Even then it was a little sweet - but hit the spot as a biscuit (cookie)

Very easy to make. To avoid the cookie from crumbling, don't make them too big & let them cool completely. Recipe yielded 20 cookies for me. Made one a little bigger (for myself) and tried eating it before it cooled, it crumbled & fell apart. The rest turned out great.

They were okay, easy to make. Didn’t hold together well. Will probably make again.

Turned out really well (I hadn’t added any sweeteners to the mix and the recipe is still great)

These cookies look delicious but they are awful. The are very small and if you tried to dunk them in milk they would completely fall apart. I followed the recipe to the letter. Will never make again.
