The Hubs fav! I add 1 oz sweetener, tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 4 or 5 drops banana extract...cook in the 5 min chief makes 3

I think the concept of these pancakes is great, but they’re still eggy and tasteless to us. I tossed the first batch, then made a second doubling the sweetener, 1.5x the almond flour so they’re not flat and weird, adding vanilla, cinnamon and fruit. Now we’re talking a tasty keto pancake!!
