not oatmeal .... but good enough
* When blending wet ingredients - cream butter & sugar first, then add egg & vanilla for final blend before adding dry ingredients
* not keto but GREATLYimproved to add 2 tbs med chopped raisins to batter….That’s the way to imitate Oatmeal ….RAISIN cookies😘
