  • 1 cup Swerve Sweetener (brown sugar or granular)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut flakes (UNSWEETENED)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds (hulled, also called hemp hearts, you can use an extra 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes if you don't have this. I like the mixed texture and it adds a bit of fiber)

    I made this last night and it was delicious! Will definitely make again. I used the silicone cupcake liners, popped right out clean. If you don’t have, perhaps wax paper and a cookie sheet and break apart like peanut brittle.

    Great! This took me about 15 to make. I used a mini muffin pan I had some extra so I made a bark by just patting down the extra on to a silicone mat.
