Monday night Mongolian Beef turned out quite well. The beef, tender and moist, the gravy tasty, and appropriate for this dish, I added stir fried broccoli and served on a bed of stir fried cauliflower, topped with bias cut green onions. A glass of Cab Sauvignon was a nice accompaniment. Having success with Keto, enjoying great food and shedding pounds the easy way. Highly recommended!
