    Not a "meatloaf" person but this is actually good! Next time though I won't put cheese on top until the end though

    The recipe didn’t call for salt and pepper so mine was bland when we added the salt and pepper it was reall good will make again but will make sure I use salt and pepper next time

    it turned out great! I did have to cook it a little longer and also put it under the broiler for a few minutes. Next time, I'll also wait until the last few minutes to put the cheese on top. Just reading the directions, it seemed like the cheese was supposed to go on top as soon as it was ready to go in the oven, maybe I misunderstood that. this resulted in the cheese being overcooked and more or less disappearing, at least in my 450° oven. Other that that it turned our to be as good or better than any meatloaf I've ever had, low carb and there was no "almond taste" from the almond flour. I'll definitely keep this as my new meatloaf recipe!
