- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder

- 1 1/2 cups pasta sauce (lower-carb, I used “Classico Tomato Basil” but added some salt, splenda and basil to taste)
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 6 Tbsp. cottage cheese (2%)
- 1/3 chopped onion
- 1 oz. green pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. chili pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 pinch thyme (each, majoram rosemary)

I love it. I messed up the noodles and doubled the recipe but used the wrong pan So they ended up really thick but I was making the recipe for a family of 7 so I had doubled everything. I will defiantly make this again! And follow directions better

Turned out great!! I forgot the cottage cheese so its missing that ricotta texture. But still good!

This recipe was fantastic for being Keto. I added zucchini and mine needed to be cooked longer, otherwise-it was perfect!!
