    I was a little iffy about making substitute noodles with eggs and cheese but it turned out great! i loved every bite!

    A lot of work, with the baked cheese as noodles and I made my own sauce. But... it was worth the work!! Really good, filling, and right within my Keto needs for dinner!!! Loved it!

    We modified the recipe a bit I added cream cheese and Parmesan cheese to the ricotta and seasoned it with Italian seasoning and garlic powder. We also added zucchini to build layers. It was a hit with my whole family including my kids
