It turned out pretty good. I used a loaf pan instead of a Bundt pan, and it worked - I just had to increase the cooking time by 30 minutes. Yum!

Perfect, I used Greek yogurt instead of the sour cream and for the syrup I change the water for bourbon, great flavor

A delicious, moist cake! I substituted 1/3 coconut flour and reduced the sweetener by 1/3 - it would have been too sweet otherwise. We had it warm with strawberries, Greek yoghurt and a little cream for dessert. A winner!

this cake is awesome. I've made it every week for last 6 weeks. I cut it up and put it in freezer, then microwave a piece at a time when Im craving something sweet. favorite keto recipe so far!

Do not waste the butter making this recipe, dry crumbles with no taste. Made exactly as documented, needs more moisture.

This turned out AMAZING!!!! I had never used Swerve before and was shocked that this dessert didn’t have typical artificial sweetener aftertaste. It’s definitely the best Keto dessert I’ve made.

It turned out pretty good. I used Sugar 2.0 as the sugar substitute. The glaze makes the cake really sweet but it also wasn't enough to fully coat the cake. It didnt have much depth so it was a small cake. I would definitely make again for my Keto friends.

very good however my cake stuck to the pan once I put the glaze on. but that not a problem i cant fix with a little more nonstick spray.
