Loved this. I’ve made it twice, once with thighs and once with breasts. I shaved some paremsean cheese on the top before serving. Delish!

This was definitely delicious!
My take aways for this are dont cook the broccoli for 5 min. Maybe 3 min and add the tomatoes before the spinach so the slinach wont lose its great green color.
