very good, I've made this several times now. The first time i made it the recipe used Swerve icing sugar as the sweetener, which i continue to use. I think the amount is 1:1 with the monkfruit sweetener listed in this version. I've not found instant espresso in the stores (i like to buy local), so have been using double the amount of instant coffee instead.

Awesome I keep a bottle in my fridge. makes more than 2 servings if you drink it with coffee, which I do
