4.5 out of 5. A little soupier than I expected but I was still able to dab a spoonful on top of a Ritz cracker without it spilling over. And it tasted GREAT. I recommend using more bacon and scallions for the toppings. Great recipe.

This is amazing! I made it in a slow cooker with precooked chicken and added fresh broccoli. Super yummy!!!

Pretty good, very rich and filling. I had mine over cauliflower. Made mine in the instant pot and had to cook longer than recipe called for because the chicken was not tender and not fully cooked

Awesome! really filling and tasty. I add spinach or broccoli and some hot sauce to it every once in awhile to give it a twist! Although it is perfect as the recipe is.

Amazing! Quick and easy, I serve it with cauliflower rice. It’s become a staple in our meal planning. Only thing I changed in the preparation is I cook the bacon separately because the instapot gets an error message when I sauté it in the pot

Absolutely delicious! Probably my favorite instant pot AND keto recipe. My biggest complaint with the instant pot was that the food often times came out bland and basically tasted like it was boiled. Being from Louisiana we do not do bland. This has a just the right amount of spice but not too much that the kids won’t eat. All of my family enjoyed it and went back for seconds, including the picky eaters! I did do 12 oz of cream cheese instead of 16 because many of the reviews said it was too much. It worked out great and I’ll probably do that next time too. I served mine and my husbands on top of cooked spinach and the kids I served with rice.

Turned out well but it was just a little too much cream cheese for my taste.

So delicious and creamy! The kids eat it on a bun or noodles while I use nothing else or peppers

I enjoyed the taste of this dish but didn’t like how creamy it was. I know most people like the creaminess and so do I but this was just like a bowl of thick cream. So I’ll make this again for sure but maybe cut the cream cheese in half.

Do not use chicken infused with salt water. The recipe comes out too liquids, and once you simmer the extra water off, it’s very salty. I also suggest skipping the salt until the cooking is complete and add to taste when mixing in the cheese.
Given what I know now, I’ll definitely make it again!!

I loved this with tortilla chips, but my husband thought it was too rich.

OMG this is turned out so good I’ll definitely be making it again also learned to shred chicken with my hand mixer instead of with 2 forks so much faster and easier

The taste was FANTASTIC. I used this recipe for meal prep, and I’m super impressed with it. The only issue I had was the sauce coming out a little more watery than I had imagined. Other than that I was highly impressed!

Yum! Family loved it! Super easy, creamy and flavorful. It was my first time using the instant pot too! We may make it a little spicier next time but it’s great as is (we’re pepper heads). Thanks for the recipe!
