Really in enjoyed the ribs. Didn't have tomatoe ssuce but diced tomatoes. Drianed them and then pureed them. Next time wil use tomato sauce and see the difference. Glad to be able to enjoy ribs on keto! Great barbeque sauce for other meats too! Thanks for the recipe! 🙂

I doubled the recipe and used 4 lbs of Country Ribs and double seasoning but the broth I kept the same.. It turned out great, super tender. Instead of making the sauce, I used G Hughes SF BBQ sauce but added a few tbsps Heinz no sugar added ketchup and 1 tbsp Sriracha. Will definitely make again.
