Tasted fabulous. When I make it again, I will leave the cauliflower in larger pieces as it completely dissolved as I was stirring in the cream cheese. I would prefer to have larger pieces of cauliflower to resemble the texture of the "noodle". This came out more like a dip. I will be headed to the store to grab some celery to finish off the leftovers. This is a keeper recipe.

Directions telling life story and completely unnecessary..... cauliflower was tough and all was gooey at the end .

i have made this 3 times now. The flavour is very good, but I find that the cauliflower gets mushy once you stir in the cheeses.

My family loved this dish! I will definitely be making it again. I cut the head of cauliflower into large chunks but it still broke down into small pieces. We serve ours with corn chips to make it more of a dip, either way it’s delicious.
