Actually misread the recipe and used cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella. Still loved it but can't wait to try with Mozzarella.

Love this! These buns are sturdy so they can be picked up to eat a sandwich I love them for a fried egg

Looks just like a hamburger bun. Slices in half nicely and could be used for mini pizzas.
