Loved the recipe but the directions aren’t great. The chicken skin burned to a crisp. I think 2 minutes on a hot skillet would’ve done the trick! I also added bone in chicken breast for those that like light meat.

Really delicious!! Made it exactly as stated & chicken was amazing, vegetables were so delicious, spiced perfectly. Yum!!

So yummy! My only suggestion is that there's less meat and more of everything else, but I'm a bit of a baby about proportions.
