Turned out great! Was a little difficult to roll out but well worth it. Will definitely be making this again!

they fell apart and became the texture of ruined cottage cheese. it needs xanthan gum and some kind of flour to bind it

Tried this recipe tonight.Worked great. Was delicious with sautéed onions, bacon chicken, smoked paprika and cream cheese. Will definitely make it multiple times.

I followed the recipe exactly and it didn't turn out well at all. As soon as the gnocchi hit the boiling water, they were falling apart and mushing together it was a total disaster!
