Ahhh bread! the bread itself doesn't have a lot of flavor but is an excellent carrier for a topper. Make into a baguette or a couple shorter ones. cut in half long ways for garlic bread, slice for appetizers. Butter and toast slices Top slices with a Tablespoon of cheese mix : 1/2 cup grated parmesan, 1/2 cup shreded cheddar, cup shredded mozzerella, 1-2 Tbsp sliced green onions and 1/2-1 cup mayo to bind. Place Tbsps of cheese mix on butterered toasted slices and broil till cheese mix is melted.
